A: We invite you to a private, one-on-one consultation—available either in-person or online. A: Absolutely. We understand that many visiting or relocating families need flexibility. We can arrange short-term or holiday learning plans. Just let our admin know your travel dates, and we will work out a suitable schedule.

A: KL Sunway Velocity Physical Group: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Q8: My child has zero English background - is that okay?
A: It is completely fine! Our course is highly friendly for beginners. We start from the very basics, focusing on simple daily vocabulary so they can understand instructions and communicate without feeling overwhelmed.
Q9: Can we come visit the centre first?
A: Yes, you are warmly welcomed to visit our centre! We also highly recommend scheduling a free trial class. This allows you to see our location and lets your child experience our teaching methods firsthand.
Q10: Can I request the same teacher as before?
A: Yes, for returning families, we will always do our best to arrange the same teacher to ensure your child feels comfortable, subject to that teacher's current schedule and availability.

Q13: Do parents need to accompany the child in the classroom?
A: Our classes are designed to build your child's independence, so parents do not need to sit in during the lessons. You can comfortably drop your child off and pick them up after the session. We maintain a safe, welcoming environment where they can confidently interact with their teachers.
Q14: How will I know if my child is improving?
A: We believe in a completely stress-free environment, so we do not use traditional written exams for this age group. Instead, our teachers continuously evaluate your child’s progress through their participation, ability to follow instructions, and speaking confidence. To keep you fully informed, our teacher will submit a class report after the end of each lesson, along with regular verbal updates on their development.
Q15: What happens if my child misses a class?
A: We offer flexibility for our young learners attending private 1-to-1 classes. If your child is unwell or unable to attend, simply inform our management not less than 24 hours in advance during working days. If sufficient notice is provided, we will do our best to arrange a replacement class or adjust the schedule so they do not fall behind. (Please note: This replacement policy is applicable to private 1-to-1 classes only.)
Q16: Can my two kids study together?
A: While we specialize in 1-to-1 attention, if your children are close in age and at a similar English proficiency level, we can arrange a special private sibling session with attractive discounts.
