More confidence to join in
🤔 Does your child understand English but hesitate when someone asks a question? Perhaps they reply with a few words, need time to express an idea or feel more comfortable listening than speaking.
🎲 Our lessons give children supported opportunities to use English. Through games, stories, role-play and conversations, they practise finding the words they need and speaking in front of others at a level they can manage.
🏫 We welcome learners from local and international schools, including children who are beginning to learn English. A placement assessment helps us understand your child's starting point before recommending a class.
What your child will practise
📚 We select activities from the Cambridge Primary Box resource collection and organise them around your child's learning level. These materials support communication, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading and writing, with activities that connect English to familiar topics and other subjects.
👩🏫 Children learn through teacher guidance, visuals, audio and practical tasks. A student textbook is not required for this course. Please ask our consultant about any printed materials and applicable charges.
🔄 Lessons build on what children already know, giving them opportunities to revisit language and use it in different situations.

How learning happens in class
🖼️ A lesson may begin with a picture, short story or listening activity. The teacher introduces useful language and helps children practise it before moving into a speaking task, game or role-play.
📝 Reading or writing activities reinforce the language, and a short review brings the learning together. The balance of activities depends on the child's level, lesson duration and class format.
🍎 For example, a lesson about food might include listening to a conversation, reading a simple menu, asking for an item and writing a short order. Children use related language across several skills.
English throughout with support for beginners
🔤 Lessons are conducted in English, without translation into other languages. Teachers use pictures, gestures, demonstrations and guided practice to help children understand.
🌱 Beginners receive support to participate through familiar words and simple responses. As their confidence develops, teachers encourage longer answers and more independent communication.
💪 We encourage children to try, make mistakes and try again. Our assessment helps us recommend a starting level that matches their current understanding.
